During my time with Aboriginal Insurance Services, my ability to take complex topics and regurgitate them in a simple and easy-to-digest manner made me a shoo-in for their training manuals. The purpose of the training manuals is to educate and prepare Indigenous communities throughout Canada to obtain fair and affordable insurance coverage. In order to do so, these communities needed to understand the importance of risk management, disaster planning, and fixing current issues. 

To develop and build these documents, I was responsible for: 

• Creating a document strategy that was accessible and easy-to-understand. 

• Designing the overall appearance and structure of the document - all design elements within these documents were created by me

• Researching & Amagomating data and information

• Producing the written content
