This is especially true if you have an online shop. When you're being flooded with orders, your first instinct is to start each order as they come. But, and it happens often, if you're doing multiple orders quickly, you may run out of material without realizing it. If you can't immediately see your materials, check to see if you have ALL your materials needed for a specific order BEFORE starting the order. If you don't, order your materials and put the order aside. Have a specific spot for orders waiting for materials, organized by date. As the materials come in, complete those orders. This will save you a ridiculous amount of time.
